Each individual may hold only one okaoka account. Duplicate accounts, shared accounts, and accounts operated by a third party on behalf of another person are strictly prohibited. okaoka reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances.
All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Withdrawals require completed KYC identity verification. okaoka processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya on an expedited basis. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
All bonus offers are subject to individual promotion terms including wagering requirements. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn as cash until wagering conditions are met. okaoka reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with notice provided where reasonably practicable.
Cheating, collusion, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software errors, and any form of fraudulent activity are strictly prohibited. okaoka employs detection systems and cooperates with regulators and law enforcement in investigating suspected violations.
okaoka provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion tools to all account holders. Use of these tools is encouraged. Accessing the platform with intent to circumvent a self-exclusion is a breach of these Terms and may result in permanent account closure.
The following terms, when capitalised in these Terms, carry the meanings set out below:

3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) okaoka Account. The existence of duplicate Accounts — whether discovered during registration, KYC verification, or at any later stage — shall result in the closure of all Accounts associated with that individual, and any Balance therein may be forfeited.

3.4 okaoka reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide reasons for such a decision.
4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) associated with your Account.
4.2 You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified okaoka of unauthorised access.
4.3 If you suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact okaoka immediately at [email protected] and request a temporary account suspension.
4.4 okaoka will never request your full password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from okaoka requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team.
4.5 Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP is available and strongly encouraged for all Members. You may enable 2FA from your Account security settings at any time.
4.6 okaoka shall not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
5.1 All Account balances are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). okaoka does not accept foreign currency deposits directly — where a payment is made in a currency other than PHP (for example, USDT), the converted PHP equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction will be credited to your Account.
5.2 Accepted payment methods include: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BDO Online Transfer, BPI Online Transfer, Metrobank Online Transfer, 7-Eleven cash deposit, Coins.ph, and USDT. okaoka reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time.
5.3 The minimum deposit amount is PHP 200 unless otherwise specified in a specific promotion. okaoka may impose maximum deposit limits for compliance or risk management purposes.
5.4 All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to third parties will be rejected, and any funds received from such sources may be held pending investigation and returned to the originating account.
5.5 okaoka does not charge transaction fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own charges. okaoka is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.
5.6 okaoka is required to conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks on deposit activity. Where required by applicable law or regulation, okaoka may request documentation evidencing the source of funds deposited into your Account.
6.1 Withdrawals may only be made to a payment account registered in the Member's own name. okaoka will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.2 All Members must complete KYC identity verification before processing their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a clear copy of a valid Philippine government-issued ID and, where required, proof of address. okaoka endeavours to complete KYC verification within two (2) Philippine business days of receiving all required documentation.
6.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is PHP 300. Withdrawals below this threshold are not permitted.
6.4 okaoka processes withdrawal requests to GCash and Maya on an expedited basis. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed during Philippine banking hours and may take one (1) to three (3) business days, depending on the receiving bank.
6.5 okaoka reserves the right to impose additional verification requirements before processing any withdrawal request where okaoka has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or a breach of these Terms.
6.6 Where a deposit has been made and no wagering activity has occurred, okaoka reserves the right to decline or delay the withdrawal pending review, in accordance with its AML obligations.
7.1 okaoka offers various promotional bonuses to Members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.
7.2 Unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been satisfied in full.

Where a promotion is cancelled after a Member has already deposited pursuant to that promotion, okaoka will use reasonable endeavours to honour the terms of the promotion as communicated at the time of the qualifying deposit.
8.1 Each game available on the okaoka Platform is governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Members are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any bets.
8.2 The outcome of all live dealer games at okaoka is determined by physical cards, wheels, dice, or other physical gaming instruments managed by trained dealers operating in certified studios. The outcome of all RNG (Random Number Generator) games is determined by certified and independently audited random number generation software.
8.3 Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it is final and cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Member. okaoka reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error — for example, as a result of a system malfunction, erroneous odds display, or network disruption — and to return the staked amount to the Member's Account.

12.4 okaoka's total aggregate liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the twelve (12) month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 The collection, use, and storage of your personal data in connection with your okaoka Account is governed by okaoka's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.
13.2 okaoka collects and processes personal data for the purposes of Account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming. okaoka does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
13.3 By registering an Account, you consent to okaoka sharing your personal data with regulatory bodies (including PAGCOR), payment processors, fraud detection service providers, and game software providers to the extent necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable law.

14.2 For non-material amendments — such as typographical corrections, clarifications, or changes that improve clarity without substantively changing your rights or obligations — okaoka may implement changes immediately without prior notice.
14.3 The version of these Terms published on this page at any given time represents the currently applicable Terms. Archived versions of these Terms are available upon written request to okaoka's support team.
14.4 Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease use of the Platform.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
15.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall first be referred to okaoka's support team for informal resolution. okaoka undertakes to respond to all formal dispute submissions within ten (10) Philippine business days.
15.3 Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes may be escalated to the appropriate dispute resolution channels established under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
15.4 Where formal legal proceedings become necessary, both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
15.5 You agree that any claims against okaoka arising under these Terms shall be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, after which any claim is permanently barred.
